NRO Clinic is being organised by Goa Yachting Association on behalf of the YAI at Goa during 20-21 May 19. Details of the program are attached.
There will be an exam associated with the Clinic for the NRO qualification. The pass mark for the examination is set at 80%. It will be desirable that the candidates are familiar with the World Sailing Race Management Guide/ Rules and have sufficient experience as a Race Officer. Existing National Race Officers may be encouraged to attend as a refresher. Senior officials of Classes are welcome to attend so that they can gain first hand experience on what is being taught to the race managers.
The closing date for submission of applications to attend the clinic is 05 May 19 and a Clinic cost of Rs. 4520/- is to be paid alongwith the application.
